Orders and prices
Prices, availability and delivery fees are confirmed by our system at checkout. We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, in which case any payment made is refunded.
Prescription medicines
Medicines marked "Rx" are dispensed only after an EPH pharmacist verifies a valid prescription. Uploading a false or altered prescription is prohibited and may be reported to authorities.
Cancellations and returns
You may cancel while your order has not been prepared. Medicines that have left the pharmacy cannot be returned except when defective or wrongly dispensed.
Payment
Cash on delivery orders must be paid in full to the rider. GCash, card and bank payments must be completed before we prepare the order.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of your delivery address and pinned location.
